When does my Tri-Fun membership expire?

Your Tri-Fun membership is good for one year from the date of purchase.

How do I get my Tri-Fun membership pass?

You can access your membership by signing into your account on our website. You then have the option to print your membership pass or if you are on a mobile device you can show the venue your membership directly from your device.

Is my Tri-Fun membership transferrable?

Unfortunately, your Tri-Fun membership is non-transferrable. It can only be used by the person whose name is attached to it upon purchase.

Can the venues change during my membership period?

While we do not anticipate this happening, at any point in time entertainment venues may be added or removed from Tri-Fun. However, it is our goal to maintain the value of your membership.

Can I reprint my Tri-Fun membership pass?

Yes, membership passes can be reprinted as often as necessary.

Can I purchase more than one membership per transaction?

Yes. If you purchase multiple memberships together they will be listed underĀ one membership card. If you prefer separate membership cards for each member, they must be purchased in separate transactions (once you create your account you can use the same account for each of the separate transactions).

If new venues are added after I purchase my membership will I have access to them during my membership period?

Yes! When entertainment venues are added, they become available to every current membership holder.

Are there any additional costs?

There are absolutely no additional costs for your admittance into each of our partnered venues. Once you have purchased your Tri-Fun membership you will be granted one free visit to each entertainment venue listed on our website.

How soon can I use my membership?

You can use your membership any time after purchase!

Is there a family membership? Group discount?

Tri-Fun memberships are sold individually at this time.

Is there a refund for my membership?

All membership sales are final and can not be cancelled, we do not provide refunds. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us, so please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Why is the price of the gift card $48.86 and not $44.99?

When you purchase a gift card we make sure to include the sales tax so that the recipient does not have to pay the sales tax. The price of a gift card ends up being the same price as a regular membership.
